1. Acceptance
Use of the tradevectorar.com site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.
2. Purpose
The site offers information about Business Intelligence services, executive dashboards, ERP/CRM integration and predictive modeling for the B2B market in Mexico.
3. Registration and contact
Submission of the newsletter form does not create a contractual obligation. Contracting of services is formalized through a signed commercial proposal and invoicing in accordance with SAT.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics and code on the site are the property of Tradevectorar Analytics S. de R.L. de C.V. or its licensors. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided 'as is'. Tradevectorar shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the site, except as provided in the Federal Civil Code.
6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
7. Amendments
Tradevectorar may modify these terms at any time, publishing the updated version at this same URL with the corresponding date.
