Comprehensive Privacy Notice in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

1. Identity and address of the controller

Tradevectorar Analytics S. de R.L. de C.V., with RFC TVA190314H27 and address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 32, Col. Juárez, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data collected

We collect name, corporate email address, position, business name, phone number and IP address for the purposes of commercial contact, sending the executive newsletter, audience analysis and regulatory compliance.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes: to respond to diagnostic requests, to send the commercial communications you have requested and to deliver the Business Intelligence service. Secondary purposes: preparation of anonymized statistics of the Mexican B2B sector.

4. Data transfers

We do not transfer personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Data is processed in data centers located in Mexico and the United States with the safeguards of ISO/IEC 27001.

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@tradevectorar.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Supervisory authority

If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), www.inai.org.mx.

7. Changes to the Notice

Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be published at tradevectorar.com/en/privacy-policy with the corresponding last-updated date.
